Medical Appointments

A/Prof Evans retired from clinical practice in March 2024 to focus on research and pelvic pain advocacy with Alyra Biotech and the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia. She no longer offers medical appointments.

Books

You can purchase copies of Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain at www.pelvicpain.org.au. There is a green/pink book for teens and a pink book for adults.

Old patient notes

If you were a patient of Dr Evans in Adelaide from 2020-2024, you will have received your own emailed copy of the letter written about you to your doctor at that time. The doctor who referred you to Dr Evans will also have a copy of that report.

If you were a patient of Dr Evans in Brisbane from 2017-2021, your old notes are available through:

Eve Health,
55 Little Edward St,
Spring Hill, Brisbane

If you were a patient of Dr Evans in Adelaide before February 2017, there are a few ways to obtain your old notes.

All women who had surgery with Dr Evans will have been given a personal copy of their operation report, any photographs taken during their surgery, and a copy of the pathology report at the time of their post operative visit.

A copy of your operation sheet and photographs (if taken) has also been provided to the medical practice who referred you to Dr Evans. If you contact this medical practice, they will have a copy of this information in your file.

If you no longer have your personal copy, and the general practice that referred you is unable to provide you with a copy, then it is recommended that you contact the hospital where your operation was done. Dr Evans offered surgery to private patients through Burnside Hospital, Kensington Rd, Toorak Gardens. She offered surgery to public patients through The Womens and Childrens Hospital, King William Rd, North Adelaide.
